Stampin' Up! Sale-a-Bration Day 2

Well, it's not been too long :)

Today, I'm giving you two more samples made with the
Fresh Vintage stamp set.

This card shows you just how well the stamp set goes with the Sale-a-Bration papers Everyday Enchantment.  Mixing the colours of Lucky Limeade, Poppy Parade, Pool Party and Very Vanilla, this sentiment is from the Hostess set "Tagtastic".  Add a bit of the new Velvet ribbon and you're done!

And then a design which was inspired by Aly Schilling, US Demonstrator. Peach Parfait, Night of Navy and Crumb cake make this card.  A bit of twine and a sentiment from the My Friend set in the new Mini Catalogue and a spritz with the Night of Navy Marker pen with the Colour Spritzer and you're finished with this one too!

I've had the last three days off of work.  Friday seemed to be a day when everything went wrong but finished up with a workshop at the lovely Helenas.  I had lots to show them as I hadn't seen them for a couple of months and they loved all the new bits.

Then yesterday was spent clearing up the house and ten tonne of washing!  Some football, haircut, ironing and food shopping and that is another weekend over and done with - how does that happen?

Well, it's back to work tomorrow again, so I'll try and keep you updated with some more Sale-a-Bration news and samples this week.

I hope that you have all had a lovely weekend and aren't dreading work again tomorrow too much!

Stampin' Up! Sale-a-Bration - here we go!

Well, I promised yesterday that I would be back today, and can you believe it?  Here I am :)

I'm going to start by sharing with you all of the stamp sets and papers that form part of the Sale-a-Bration package.

First up is the Fresh Vintage set which consists of the following 5 stamps.  Take special note as you will see that some of these designs match the patterned paper pack that is on offer too!

So, next we are onto another lovely set.  It's called Elementary Elegance and consists of the following 7 stamp sets.

Next up is Outlined Expressions - a great set for colouring in and with some great useable sentiments too. 6 stamps in this set.

And finally for the stamp sets, it's Sprinkled Expressions.  This set comprises of six stamps.  This was probably my least favourite set to start with but I've made some of my favourite cards with it so far, so watch out for those coming soon!

And last up is a new addition this year to the Sale-a-Bration offerings - it's called Everyday Enchantment and with the base colours of blue and green with a splash of coral, what's not to love?  Having been playing with this now for over a month, I have to admit that I think that this is my favourite patterned paper out of ALL the current Stampin' Up! sets - can you believe it's that good.  Well look out for lots of great samples coming up with this including one below!

So, yesterday I gave you your first sneak peek and here it is again with some more details....

Of course, my first card had to be a blue and green one.  I thought I'd start by showcasing some cards using the Fresh Vintage stamp set.  I've only used one stamp from the set (the postage stamp) but see that first splash of the SAB papers too?

The base card is Lucky Limeade which has a panel of embossed Pool Party using the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder.  A panel of the Everyday Enchantment paper mounted onto some more Lucky Limeade.  Two knots in some of the new Mini Catalogue velvet ribbon down the left hand side adds some dimension and texture.  On the right hand side you've got three of the postage stamps stamped in Lucky Limeade ink and mounted on three Pool Party squares punched using the Mini Catalogue Postage Stamp punch - how perfect a fit is that? Some Dimensionals to add some height and you're done!  Easy and lush, lush, lush :)

So, I think I'll spoil you with another card tonight too!

This card starts with a More Mustard base card.  Stamp over a strip of the First Edition Speciality card with three of the stamps from the Fresh Vintage set (flower spray, medallion and small flower) in Cajun Craze, More Mustard and Pear Pizzazz and mount to your card.  Add some velvet ribbon to the top and the bottom of this strip.  A Cajun Craze stamped medallion, Pear Pizzazz border punch and a More Mustard Thanks (from the Hostess Set, Tagtastic), punch them all out with various circle punches and add them to the strip with Dimensionals.  Three self-adhesive pearls to the top right hand corner and you're done!

Right, that's it from me tonight, I think I've spoilt you enough and if you are really lucky, I'll be back tomorrow with two more samples from this Fresh Vintage set.  Are you feeling the "need" for this set yet?

Let me know if you'd like this set - a £45 order gets you it for FREE!

See you tomorrow,

Stampin' Up! Christmas Scrapbooking

Remember me?

Yes, I'm so sorry, it's been a while again!  I keep thinking that I will get on top of things and completely underestimated how much time doing a "proper" job takes up.

Of course, I've been back to work since the Christmas break and it's been busy there.  Then of course, I have team training coming up this weekend and that takes lots of preparation and organising.

Put that together with Sale-a-Bration starting in a weeks time and yep, it's been very very busy around here!

What is Sale-a-Bration?

How gorgeous is this?  Just showing you the kind of things that you can be making with FREE products that you can get IN ONE WEEKS TIME!!!

And just to share with you last night's Scrap Club too - here is what we made to put our Christmas memories on.  Whilst these Stampin' Up! Holly Berry Bouquet papers are, as the name suggests, generally regarded for your Christmas themed projects, that's not necessarily the case.  There is some paper with some holly on but as you can see there are many floral patterns, together with some glittery spots and striped paper too.

I don't often get around to sharing our monthly scrap club layouts with you, so I'm posting it now so that I don't forget LOL!

All Stampin' Up! products and I have two kits left over for this if you would like one?  I'm asking £15 each which will include postage to you and includes everything you see here and lots more left over too.  Email me at natalie@oshea26.freeserve.co.uk if you are interested in a kit.

Right, over and out for another posting, but I'll definately be back in a week to share more Sale-a-Bration information and goodies with you too.

Have a good week,

Stampin' Up! Mini Catalogue Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my spot on the In Love With Stamping Stampin' Up! Mini Catalogue - phew, that's a mouthful!

Now, I'm posting this about 12 hours early, so if you are here before 10am on the 4th January, come back again then and the blog hop should be complete.  My blog doesn't allow me to post in the future (well, it does supposedly, but never seems to work!), so I'm making sure that I post nice and early so that I don't hold anything up tomorrow whilst I'm at work.

Now I am utterly in love with the new Mini Catalogue - have you seen a copy yet?  You can see it online here if you haven't already  http://www2.stampinup.com/gb/eng/543.asp (don't forget if it's not the 4th yet, you're too early LOL!)

You may have joined me from Fiona'sblog, isn't her project lovely - she is a very talented lady and one that I am happy to say is a fellow Stampin' Star!  So, here is my offering....

I have a very simple card to share with you today.  I was inspired by another card for the layout which is simple but classic.

I am still wading through my papers from the Main Catalogue before I start on new ones, so this is the first time that I've used the gorgeous Designer Speciality Papers called Mocha Morning put together with Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla and Early Expresso.

However, the stamp set that I've used is my favourite from the Mini Catalogue - I LOVE  "My Friend" and you'll be seeing me using this lots over the coming months.  The HELLO sentiment is just gorgeous (and the MY FRIEND too!) and you can see from this close up that I've used some Dimensionals and some Self-Adhesive Pearls to add some interest.I'm not sure that you are supposed to say this about your own projects, but I love this, this is me all over!

I've got some great offers coming up over the next few weeks, so why not sign up for my mailing list to make sure that you are the first to hear about them - check out the link at the bottom of the page HERE and put in your details to hear about things first.

So, that is me done for my blog hop entry.  Next stop is Rozelle, so make sure that you carry on hopping and see what goodies she has in store for you!

I'll see you soon with more information about this lovely Mini!!
