I have been running businesses for both myself and other people for over 25 years! (I know I look so young!).

So, what makes me different?

Whether managing a franchise courier company across two depots with 25 staff, serving as a magazine editor, or running an online business teaching people how to make handmade cards, I've done it all. I've even been a Practice Manager at solicitors' firms, where I mastered deadlines, systems, compliance, and policies.

My journey has given me a unique perspective on the importance of marketing and strategy.

From setting up websites, social media platforms, and email systems, to creating funnels and nurture sequences, I've seen firsthand how critical these elements are to business success.

My business skills earned me recognition as one of the top performers globally, and I grew a Facebook group from 0 to 25,000 in under a year!

Eventually, I realised my true passion was in the tech and admin side of things, especially in building and filling funnels.

So, I harnessed all my skills and experience to create Natalie O'Shea - Business: Simplified, focusing on helping businesses grow through effective funnel strategies.
